STARX opened representations in 4 cities around Bulgaria
Following the policy of expanding its activities and entering new vertical markets, STARX opened representation offices in the cities of Bourgas, Vratza, Plovdiv and Stara Zagora. These offices are the result of successfully implemented Partnership progam of the company. STARX ultimate goal is to stay close to its potential clients in an effort to offer them customized and adaptable solutions.

September 7th 2004
Radnevo Municipality is officially presented with the ISO 9001 certificate.
STARX Ltd. consulted the development and implementation of the Quality Management System of Radnevo Municipality. The certificate was officially awarded in September 2004, which made Radnevo municipality the 5th municipality in Bulgaria awarded with such a certificate. The event was covered by the media. STARX representatives were officially invited to the event where the of Radnevo Municipality leadership formally acknowledged our achievement.

STARX is selected as parent company in Plato-Bulgaria project
Plato-Bulgaria is carried out with the financial support of the Flemish government. The project’s objectives are to assist Bulgarian SMEs in their preparation for the enlarged EU market by training, coaching, and experience exchange. STARX is one of the 5 bulgarian companies engaged as facilitators in the project. The STARX team is proud with the decision of the project organizers. Partnership agreement with BlueOrange Consulting Ltd.
In an effort to constantly provide modern solutions to our clients we contacted BlueOrange Consulting Ltd. to seek partnership. Our market research has proven the Process Model software offered by BlueOrange Consulting Ltd to be a good management tool at a reasonable price. The partnership agreement was signed in May 2003. Since then STARX has been the sole provider of the Process Model Software for Bulgaria.

Certification of the Quality Management System (QMS) of STARX Ltd.
The development of a Quality Management System of our own was a natural element in the process of our growth. Our system which meets the requirements of the EN ISO 9001:2000 standard received certification by Bureau Veritas in April 2003. The certificate was officially presented on08 May 2003.

Beginning of STARX partnership with BV and BVQI in Bulgaria
Over the past 18 months Bureau Veritas has certified more than 10 management systems developed by STARX . In recognition of our successful work BV and BVQI Bulgaria invited STARX to become a partner. This partnership is official as of February 2003 and a number of joint projects have been realized since.
