STARX is a BlueOrange Consulting approved partner and it offers training associated with the ProcessModel software.

Courses offered:

Process Model – introduction course

Duration - 2 days.

The course is practical in nature. Course material is divided into 9 modules. Every module builds on the material of the previous one and gradually introduces the trainees to the capabilities of the ProcessModel. Trainees use sample files provided by the instructor.

Upon completion of this course the trainees will be:

• familiar with the ProcessModel modelling environment;
• able to create different types of model objects and complete their attributes;
• familiar with the ProcessModel capabilities regarding the development of layered models;
• able to define scenarios within the framework of a process;
• familiar with the ProcessModel simulation capabilities
• able to conduct a simple analysis of simulation results and identify relevant applications of information obtained.

Process Model – Business Process Analysis (BPA) applications.

Duration - 1 day.

The Course is practical in nature. Following an introduction on the process modelling techniques, two case studies will be solved. Trainees obtain knowledge in the following areas:

• calculation of process related costs ( Activity Based Costing method);
• use of statistical data in creating a process model;
• analysis of simulation results and discovering potential problems;
• practical experience in process modelling.

As part of the STARX methodology for management systems development the following courses are offered:

Introduction in EN ISO 9001:2000 standard;

EN ISO 9001:2000 internal auditor course;

Introduction in EN ISO 17799 standard.
